I am reaching out to share that today marks another important milestone in our spin-off from Honeywell. This week, Honeywell
announced that the planned spin-off of Solstice Advanced Materials is
expected to be completed on October 30, 2025. Once the spin is complete, Solstice will become a standalone company and will transition to doing business under the Solstice name and brand.
