Choose the Right Refrigerant for Your Heat Generation Plant

Are you looking for a safe and secure heating system with low impact on the environment? See how Ringsted DHC, in Denmark, redesigned its heat generation plant to limit fossil fuel use, reduce carbon emissions and improve efficiency while minimizing the cost to consumers. Learn the role Honeywell Solstice® ze refrigerant played in this project’s success.

The complete redesign of Ringsted’s heating plant is based on an electric heat pump solution and includes Danfoss Turbocor compressors and other third-party equipment.

Danfoss and Honeywell experts will cover:

  • The overall heat plant design details, heat pump system operations, and the associated benefits
  • Which refrigerant products will help you meet your environmental and performance goals

Based in Denmark, Danfoss is a global manufacturer of technologies used for cooling, air conditioning, heating, controlling electric motors, mobile equipment and many more. Danfoss’ solutions meet the need for energy-efficient infrastructure, connected systems, and integration of renewable energy.

Honeywell provides reduced and low-GWP alternatives to traditional refrigerants for energy-efficient residential or commercial air conditioning and commercial refrigeration, as well as many other applications.
