The chemical synthesis of oligonucleotides has become increasingly important in the modern world. Since the human genome was fully sequenced in 2000, there has been much research involved in linking genetic sequences with diseases.
This webinar will provide an overview of the chemical synthesis of oligonucleotides. An introduction to the classic synthesis method and typical failure modes will be discussed. The need for custom reagents and packaging alternatives will be explored as well.
