We see a growth in Electric and Hybrid vehicles where effective battery cooling is needed. New technologies are required to braze large heat exchangers with complex designs.

Honeywell Micronized Flux is designed for precise jet valve printing. You can achieve a partial fluxing, which means that you apply flux exactly where it is needed and only as much as required. The contactless application allows for fluxing of complex formed components like waved cold plates.

Do you have new EV Projects with challenging flux applications?

Join us to explore Honeywell’s Micronized Flux for precision printing.

Key Takeaways

  • See the difference between conventional flux vs. printing flux application.
  • Find out about the advantage of micronized flux.
  • Learn about Honeywell's flux portfolio for Aluminium Brazing.
