Karim leads the marketing strategy and business development for the adoption of safe and energy efficient foam blowing agents in the European foam insulation industry. He is actively involved with the European construction industry through insulation material producers and associations to support de-carbonization targets and new circular business models.
Karim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Plastics Engineering from Ferris State University (USA) and a PDD from IESE Business School (Spain). He has worked in Honeywell since 2007 and prior that, in General Electric with extensive experience in the automotive, construction and chemical industries over his 30-years career. |

Chris Roughneen is the Technical Sales Manager at Ravago Building Solutions UK. After attaining an HNC in Applied Chemistry, Chris spent a dozen years in R&D laboratories before transitioning to offering technical advice to the construction sector. With almost 20 years of experience working in insulation and distribution for several different companies, Chris joined Ravago Building Solutions in February 2024. In this role, Chris is responsible for product certification, technical documentation, and providing support to architects and other specifiers.
