As part of his Personal Care role, Jared leads Honeywell's Oral Care business and is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with the leading global consumer products suppliers for toothpaste and mouthwash. Prior to joining Honeywell, Jared held a similar role at BASF. Jared holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina, N.C., U.S.A., and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, Pa., U.S.A.

Christian Werner is the innovation leader in Honeywell's R&D Discovery Group. He is currently responsible for the development of new materials for the Fine Chemical’s business. Christian holds more than 20 patents. He has held various roles in Honeywell's R&D organization over the last 20 years. Christian started his career in Process Development for pharma intermediates with Allied Signal. Christian received his PhD from the Technical University of Braunschweig in Germany, followed by a Post Doctorate position at Columbia University, N.Y., USA.
