Long-term, safe, efficient and reliable solution for large retail stores
Solstice® N71 (R-471A) is Honeywell’s new HFO-based, non-flammable, ASHRAE-class A1 refrigerant. It has a GWP of 148 and is suitable for medium-temperature applications. Its unique combination of features makes it a compelling solution for large food retail stores and other commercial refrigeration applications where the implementation of flammable refrigerants represents a safety challenge. Solstice N71 allows you to upgrade to a long-term refrigeration solution at a reduced investment cost and minimum carbon footprint. Furthermore, its high efficiency makes it instrumental in reducing energy consumption and costs, also by implementing heat recovery. Finally, Solstice N71 allows for system architectures which are reliable and easy to maintain, even at higher ambient temperatures, and positively impacts the quality of refrigerated food products and the customer experience.
In our webinar, we will review the properties and applications of the new Solstice N71 (R-471A) refrigerant.
