Director, Connected Competency
Honeywell UOP Adam Crossley is the Director of UOP’s customer training services function, incorporating the Connected Competency solution. Adam has been with Honeywell for 9 years in a variety of roles in the Training and Competency Development space. He brings extensive experience in leadership, training and project management to Honeywell. Prior to joining Honeywell, Adam spent 11 years in the British military, graduating from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and rising to the rank of Major. Adam deployed on multiple operational tours in Northern Ireland, Bosnia, Iraq and Afghanistan. Adam is based in the UK with his wife and 3 children. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Business Management from Coventry University and a Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute. Adam is Project Management Certified (PMP) and is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified. |
